Tom Cruise and Brad Pitt Reunite After 24 Years at ‘F1’ Premiere
When Tom Cruise hit the red carpet at the European premiere of F1: The Movie to support Brad Pitt, social media lit up with speculation. Body language experts and gossip blogs reignited long-standing rumors of tension between the two stars, dating back to their only film together, Interview with the Vampire (1994). Pitt once admitted their personalities clashed, describing Cruise as “North Pole” to his “South,” but he also praised Cruise’s talent and professionalism.
Despite past tension, Cruise’s appearance was likely tied to his work with F1 director Joseph Kosinski and producer Jerry Bruckheimer. On Instagram, Cruise congratulated Pitt and the team, writing, “Great night at the movies with my friends!!”
Photos showed the two shaking hands and embracing, seemingly putting old rumors to rest. Though they haven’t worked together since Vampire, Cruise was once considered for Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, the film that won Pitt his Oscar.
The reunion also comes as Pitt opens up about his journey through Alcoholics Anonymous, calling it a “really special” and transformative experience.
