Donald Trump and Rosie O’Donnell have a long-standing feud. After Trump was elected president again, O’Donnell, citing safety concerns for her and her nonbinary child, moved to Ireland. She said Trump’s policies, especially those outlined in Project 2025, made the U.S. unsafe.
Their conflict dates back to 2006 when O’Donnell criticized Trump on The View. Trump responded harshly, calling her names and threatening legal action. Over the years, their mutual insults have continued.
Recently, Trump reignited the feud on Truth Social, saying he was considering revoking O’Donnell’s citizenship, calling her a “threat to humanity.” Legal experts quickly dismissed the threat as unconstitutional.
O’Donnell fired back on Instagram, mocking Trump and reaffirming her stance against him. In a radio interview, she called Trump a “danger to the world” and condemned his attacks on immigrants and democratic norms.
