Mom delivers identical quadruplets during pandemic – and they’re beautiful

Posted on July 15, 2025 By admin

When Jenny Marr went in for her first ultrasound, she was alarmed by her doctor’s odd expression. But instead of bad news, Dr. Lauren Murray revealed a life-changing surprise — Jenny was pregnant with triplets. A week later, another scan revealed an even bigger shock: there were actually four babies.

Jenny and her partner Chris, from Grapevine, Texas, had conceived naturally after months of trying. The chance of identical, spontaneous quadruplets is estimated at 1 in 11 to 15 million.

Despite the risks, all four babies developed well and were born at 28.5 weeks in March 2020, just as the COVID-19 pandemic began. Harrison, Hardy, Henry, and Hudson were all delivered via C-section within three minutes and spent around 10 weeks in the NICU before coming home.

A year later, the boys were crawling, nearly walking, and full of energy. Jenny and Chris embraced the chaos with joy, often sharing their life on Instagram, where Jenny has over 140,000 followers.

Jenny says raising four boys is second nature thanks to her background in early childhood care, and they can tell each child apart by their unique looks and personalities.

“It is what it is,” she says. “You roll with the punches — and laugh a lot along the way.”
