Chandler Police have concluded their investigation into the drowning of three-year-old Trigg Kiser, son of TikTok influencer Emilie Kiser and her husband, Brady. They’re recommending felony child abuse charges against Brady.
Trigg was found unresponsive in the family’s backyard pool in Chandler, Arizona, on May 12 while under Brady’s care. He died in the hospital six days later. Emilie was out with friends at the time.
According to police documents, Brady said Trigg had been playing in the backyard after lunch. Though he briefly saw him near the pool, Brady became distracted caring for baby Theodore and lost sight of Trigg for 3–5 minutes. He later found Trigg in the pool, called 911, and CPR was performed before hospital transport.
On July 16, police announced they had submitted the case to the Maricopa County Attorney, recommending a Class 4 felony charge against Brady.
Meanwhile, Emilie is seeking to block the release of investigative materials, including 911 audio and autopsy reports, citing privacy concerns. Her legal team says the family is grieving and protecting their surviving infant son.
