The former CEO of Astronomer is reportedly ready to sue Coldplay for reasons like emotional distress and invasion of privacy, sources have confirmed.
Speaking to media outlet Page Six, one attorney shared that at a public concert with cameras and nearly 70,000 people, your expectation of privacy is literally zero or none.
He also mentioned that it’s quite evident that he’s trying long and hard to shift the blame by filing the lawsuit, despite being caught red-handed while having an affair with the head of his HR team.
‘He continues to claim that he never consented to being filmed or humiliated publicly on a huge platform.
He’s sad that his reputation is gone and now he’s a meme, which his not what he signed up for when he paid to get tickets to the concert’- the post read. ‘If we were getting creative, a possible claim would be for defamation, specifically since it linked to Chris Martin characterizing the two as having an affair,’- the attorney continued.
