Three siblings reunite at their grandfather’s funeral and learn he left them the family farm—on one condition: they must all live on it. Ted, who stayed on the farm, hopes his siblings Jim and Rosa will agree to move back. Jim, a busy businessman, and Rosa, a single mother, are reluctant to uproot their lives.
At the reading of the will, they’re told the farm is theirs only if all three move back. Ted insists it’s worth it, but Jim and Rosa are hesitant, citing their commitments elsewhere. Despite Ted’s efforts to persuade them, they prepare to leave.
The next morning, Ted bonds with his nephew Ryan, teaching him about life on the farm and playing baseball. Jim, initially dismissive, joins in and starts to see the value of the farm. After a heartfelt conversation in the car, Rosa and Jim change their minds, realizing the farm and their family are worth more than their separate lives. They return, deciding to keep the farm, reuniting the family in the process.
