President Trump just made his most overt endorsement yet of Andrew Cuomo in the New York City mayoral race, stating that all of New York City must vote for the disgraced former governor.
The 79-year-old Head of State mentioned in his election eve appeal that his hometown would become an economic and social disaster if the Democratic nominee Zohran Mamdani triumphs on Tuesday, as polling indicates is likely.
“If Communist Candidate Mamdani wins the election for the Mayor of New York City, it’s highly unlikely that I would be contributing Federal Funds, other than the bare minimum that is required for my beloved first home,” he added.
“This city has zero chances of success or survival with that man in charge,” he continued. Similarly, his good pal Elon Musk also urged all voters to vote for Cuomo and ditch Mamdani by all means, repeating all of Trump’s words.
Furthermore, Trump says that it could only get worse with a Communist at the helm, and he does not wish to send good money after bad to a place that means so much to him.
“It’s my duty as president of this nation to run the nation in the best manner and my strong conviction that NYC will be a complete and total disaster should Mamdani win”- he repeated to the country.
