Elsa Patton’s face was ‘ruined’ by plastic surgeon: Pictures of the reality star shows how beautiful she was before

Posted on January 16, 2025 By admin

Elsa Patton, affectionately known as “Mama Elsa,” was a beloved figure on The Real Housewives of Miami from 2011 to 2013. Her charm and unique presence led to a spinoff show, Havana Elsa, about her journey to start a coffee chain.

Born in Cuba on August 25, 1936, Elsa lived a private life until joining the show with her daughter, Marysol. Married to Donald Patton for 50 years, Elsa was a devoted wife and mother. She had a natural ability to attract attention from influential people, making her TV fame feel inevitable.

Elsa became known for her extensive plastic surgery, which she later regretted, calling her surgeon “the man who ruined my face.” Her case sparked commentary from medical professionals, some calling it an example of surgery gone wrong.

Elsa’s health declined in 2013 after suffering a stroke, and she passed away on May 13, 2019, at 84. Fans and friends mourned her loss, and her family appreciated the support. Andy Cohen paid tribute to her, remembering her humor and wisdom.

Even after her death, Elsa’s impact remains. Her daughter, Marysol, attributes her current marriage to the guidance of Elsa’s spirit, honoring her at a special ceremony in 2021. Elsa’s legacy as a loving mother and beloved TV star endures.
