Newly leaked emails from Jeffrey Epstein suggest Donald Trump might have been more entangled in the Epstein inner circle than he’s ever admitted in public.
The messages, exchanged between Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell, and author Michael Wolff, were shared on Wednesday by Democrats on the House Oversight Committee.

They were seen mentioning Trump several times, and author, Michael Wolff, is being released on Wednesday by Democrats on the House Oversight Committee.
The manner in which it’s done was called out as unsettling. CNN reports that the emails arose from a circle of 23,000 documents obtained from Epstein’s estate.
In one particularly explosive message that was dated April 2, 2011, Epstein wrote to Maxwell, ‘I want you to realize that the dog that has not barked is Trump… (a redacted victim’s name) spent hours at my house with him… He has never once been mentioned.
Police Chief, etc, I am 75% there.’

Maxwell’s reply was cryptic but telling: ‘I have been thinking about that!” The identity of the victim mentioned remains anonymous.
The Oversight Committee redacted her name, and CNN said it could not confirm who she might be.
Despite the disturbing undertones in Epstein’s message: Maxwell tries to downplay Trump’s actions in later interviews. Speaking with Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche earlier this year, she said: “The President was never inappropriate with anyone.
In the times that I was with him, he was a true gentleman in all regards!”
