Melania Trump Honored as “Patriot of the Year” by Fox
Melania Trump received Fox’s “Patriot of the Year” award at the Patriot Gala on November 6 at the Tilles Center in Brookville, New York. Attending alone without Donald Trump—who remained in Washington hosting Central Asian leaders—she delivered a seven-minute speech celebrating the “spirit of ambition.”
“Daring to chase your dream is the American way,” she said, calling innovation “a form of patriotism” and praising those who “dare to think differently.”
Body language expert Judi James told the Daily Mail that being solo gave Melania “a boost,” noting she appeared “like a star in her own right.” James described her demeanor as confident and professional, with “no trace of nervousness or Imposter Syndrome.”
According to James, Melania was more spontaneous and engaging without her husband, using humor and eye contact to connect with the audience. She concluded that the former First Lady “looked very much like the right person in the right spotlight.”
