A man from North Carolina is accused of fatally stabbing a refugee from Ukraine while she was on her way back home at night after work.
The suspect who goes by the name Decarlos Brown Jr is accused of fatally stabbing the 23-year-old victim while on the train in Charlotte. This attack was fully captured on security footage and arose without any prior warning.
Brown happened to be seated behind the victim for a few minutes before he suddenly started to stab her in the neck using a pocket knife. After this, he calmly exited the train and still held the weapon in his hand.
From jail, he recently gave a chilling explanation about the details of the killing to his sister while speaking to her on the phone. He mentioned that he did not know the victim, but still made up false claims of how she lashed out at him. This showed how he had some paranoid issues.
He spoke about mysterious materials in his body and insisted that there needed to be an investigation into what he was exposed to.
He also shared confusion and fear, adding how he would never stab anyone for no good reason. His family has gone on to state that he has suffered from mental health issues for years. They believe he’s controlled by some kind of implanted device. In reply to the brutal stabbing, Donald Trump has ordered a quick trial and death penalty, declaring no other option for this case.
