A police officer and his businesswoman wife have tragically passed away from heatstroke after getting into an overheated bathtub while drunk and high on cocaine.
According to reports from local media outlets, the pair were said to be celebrating their four year old daughter’s birthday as per authorities in Brazil.

Military cop Jeferson Luiz Sagaz and his nail salon owner partner were found dead inside a motel in the Brazilian state of Santa Catarina.
The pair had reportedly spent the day celebrating their young daughter’s birthday and had consumed a lot of extra alcohol and cocaine that same evening. Before entering a nightclub, the duo had checked into the Dallas Motel at about midnight. When they failed to pick up the daughter the following day, relatives sounded the alarm and reported how the duo were missing.

Their bodies were found inside the motel bathtub, sources have confirmed. Authorities ruled that heatstroke was the cause of the death, but that the cocaine and alcohol inside the system might have dulled these reactions to the severe heat.
Also, the water inside the bathtub was said to have reached an alarmingly high temperature while a space heater inside the room was also turned up to high, investigators shared. Toxicology reports revealed very high traces of alcohol and cocaine.
