Posted on November 23, 2025 By admin

There’s nothing quite as heart-warming as a baby’s big smile. Maybe that’s why a video shared by the National Down Syndrome Adoption Network went viral, capturing millions of hearts online.

The clip shows an adopted baby with Down syndrome beaming at her adoptive mother—now viewed more than 14 million times. It’s easy to see why: she’s adorable, clearly loved, and radiating pure joy.

The National Down Syndrome Adoption Network (NDSAN), founded in 1982 by Robin and David Steele after meeting a young girl with Down syndrome, works to ensure every child with Down syndrome can grow up in a loving family.
