Donald Trump just debuted a different winter look, and it’s safe to say that the internet feels that he might be more than inspired by new mayor Zohran Mamdani.
The look was certainly a unique one, and many feel it’s about time the president switched things up with his dressing. But who knew that it would be very similar to what Mamdani was pictured wearing during a press interview.
The clip was Saturday, did not take too long to go viral as users noticed the president taking a step back from his usual fashion choices.
It also sparked outrage for some who feel Trump’s closeness to the mayor might not be a good sign for those who oppose his policies and ideologies.
A video of Trump wearing his red scarp underneath a black coat during the Fox News appearance did not take long to go viral after an X user shared the caption: ‘Quite a look for Trump today!’
Since then, the clip managed to get more than 16 million views, alongside thousands of replies and reposts. Most of those were seen pointing out the look’s similarities to past outfits that Mamdani wore.
