Secret Service members were seen swarming the residence of US Vice President JD Vance’s residence recently after it reportedly came under attack.
One person, who is the alleged suspect, is said to be in police custody as an investigation is currently underway following this incident that caused serious property damage at the Ohio residence of VP JD Vance, as per authorities.
Local media outlets have confirmed that the Vance family was not in Ohio at the time that this incident arose, as confirmed by the US Secret Service members recently.
Images shared from the press showed the home’s windows shattered. One spokesperson for the VP’s team mentioned how an adult male has yet to be identified, but he was detained for causing property damage, including breaking windows on the exterior of a personal residence linked to Vance. The incident is said to have taken place shortly after midnight.
