US Vice President JD Vance has made it absolutely clear that the ICE agent who killed an American citizen on Wednesday has absolute immunity from all criminal charges.
‘He’s protected by absolute immunity,’ Vance mentioned, adding how the agent was doing his job and acting in defense.
He also lashed out at Tim Walz, adding that he and his radicals were going to go after the agent, even though he was fulfilling the duties requested and expected of him.
Speaking during a briefing at the White House, Vance shared with reporters more insights linked to what would happen once the agent, identified by name, is out of the recovery phase.
“So the head of Minnesota’s investigations agency mentioned that the US attorney’s office has essentially cut off the state investigations agency’s access to the investigation,” one reporter asked.
“What’s the precedent for this, and why shouldn’t the Minnesota officials on the ground have access and proof to work on this investigation?”- Vance retorted.
