Billionaire Elon Musk is now seeking full custody of his baby number of 13 who is a son that he shares with Ashley St. Clair following a public apology she made related to her gender identity.
This sparked a massive and serious custody debate across the board. The situation has since then drawn widespread attention due to the fact that Musk’s high profile and personal nature of the conflict came out as rough.

The disagreement appeared to be rooted in big personal differences between the former couple, as Musk is not happy about her going public with their personal differences.
Now, Musk aims to seek sole legal responsibility for their child’s upbringing and will do everything possible to attain that.
The tension appeared to have escalated after St. Clair rolled out a public statement that entailed an explanation about her trans identity.

Musk slammed her for that and publicly expressed serious concern about the matter. He also added how such behavior could impact their son, and that’s not a risk that he was willing to take.
Musk also shared his desire to provide stability and a supportive environment, framing the custody battle as a way to ensure complete protection of his child.
