Chuck Norris, legendary martial artist and action star, passed away Thursday at 86.
Known for his dedication to fitness and martial arts, Norris stayed active and passionate until the end. Just days before his death, he posted a video on Instagram celebrating his 86th birthday, sparring with boxing gloves and saying, “I don’t age, I level up.”
His family shared a heartfelt statement: “He was surrounded by family and at peace. To the world, he was a martial artist and actor. To us, he was a devoted husband, loving father and grandfather, an incredible brother, and the heart of our family. He lived with faith, purpose, and inspired millions worldwide.”
Norris rose to fame alongside Bruce Lee in The Way of the Dragon (1972) and starred as Cordell Walker on Walker, Texas Ranger. His legacy endures through his love of martial arts, fitness, and the generations he inspired to stay strong, disciplined, and fearless.
