Leonid Radvinsky, owner of OnlyFans, has died at 43 after a private battle with cancer. OnlyFans confirmed his passing, noting that his family requests privacy.
Radvinsky, born in Ukraine and raised in Chicago, earned a bachelor’s in economics from Northwestern University. He purchased OnlyFans in 2018, two years after its launch, and helped grow the platform from $319 million in payments in 2019 to over $8 billion by 2023.
Known for maintaining a low profile, Radvinsky was also an angel investor and supported global philanthropic projects.
