The 50-year-old works as a pediatric home health nurse, balancing medical care with activities like birthday parties and outdoor play. She noted that reality TV income wasn’t enough to support her family and shared glimpses of her daily routine on TikTok, with occasional appearances from her daughter Alexis.
Gosselin’s last reality TV appearances were Kate Plus Date (2019) and Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test (2023), which she left early due to injury.
