Raising kids today is tough, especially when strangers online criticize your parenting.
Jordan Driskell, 31, is father to 5-year-old quintuplets. Managing five curious, energetic children in public was exhausting, so he turned to child leashes. Unlike a bulky 6-seat stroller, the leashes let the kids explore safely while he keeps control.
A video of the family at the aquarium went viral, drawing criticism from strangers who said children shouldn’t be leashed.
Parenting expert Dr. Deborah Gilboa defended the choice, saying leashes are a safe tool for young or neuro-diverse children, though by age 8–9, verbal communication should replace them.
