A woman and her husband Joshua finally decide to adopt after years of thinking they’d accepted a childless life. They bring home twin boys and begin building the family they always wanted.
But soon she overhears Joshua confessing to his doctor that he has terminal cancer and only months to live—and that he hid it so she wouldn’t have to watch him die.
