Dylan Carter, a 24-year-old South Carolina singer who appeared on Season 24 of The Voice, died on April 25 in a car accident in Colleton County.

His passing was confirmed by The Local Voice, which he co-founded. They described him as a talented musician and community figure who believed “every voice matters.”
