DMV rules mom’s vanity plates inappropriate after 15 years!

Posted on May 26, 2026 By admin
A New Hampshire mother of four, Wendy Auger, was shocked when the DMV ordered her to surrender the vanity license plate she had used for 15 years. The plate, “PB4WEGO,” stood for “pee before we go,” a funny reminder she often gave her children before car rides.

The DMV claimed the plate referred to “sexual or excretory acts or functions” and demanded she turn it in within 10 days. Auger argued the message was harmless and something many parents say to their kids.

After sharing the situation online, the story quickly went viral, with many people supporting her and criticizing the DMV’s decision. The controversy eventually reached New Hampshire Governor Chris Sununu, who overturned the ruling and allowed Auger to keep her plates.

Celebrating the decision, Auger later announced on Facebook: “This Sassy Momma Has Her Plates!!!”
