Pamela Bach-Hasselhoff, actress and former wife of David Hasselhoff (1989–2006), has died at the age of 61. According to TMZ, she was found dead at her Los Angeles home on March 5 in what appears to be a suicide. Family members discovered her after she had not been heard from.
A representative for David Hasselhoff said the family is deeply saddened and has requested privacy during this difficult time.
Born in 1963 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Pamela worked as an actress throughout the 1980s and 1990s, with roles in shows like Baywatch, Knight Rider, The Young and the Restless, and Sirens. While she never reached major stardom, she remained a familiar Hollywood presence.
She and David Hasselhoff married in 1989 and had two daughters, Taylor and Hayley, both of whom built careers in entertainment. The couple divorced in 2006. She is survived by her daughters and her grandchild.
