Our body can sometimes give warning signs when something isn’t right. Most aren’t serious, but it’s better to pay attention.
1. Dandruff & hair loss
May be linked to low levels of zinc, iron, or B vitamins.
2. Wrinkled hands
Excessive wrinkles may point to dehydration, thyroid issues, or poor circulation.
3. White patches on the tongue
Can come from poor hygiene or oral thrush, which is more common with diabetes.
4. Skin rashes
They can have many causes, including infections or plant contact. Infected rashes may require medical attention.
5. Swollen ankles
Could result from excess salt, poor circulation, or an underactive thyroid.
6. Dry eyes
Burning or inflammation may indicate dry eyes and, in some cases, an immune disorder such as Sjögren’s syndrome.
7. Bloating
May be caused by food allergies, intolerances, or sensitivity.
8. Unexplained bruises
Can sometimes indicate vitamin deficiencies or blood-clotting problems.
9. Constant thirst
Excessive thirst and frequent urination can be signs of prediabetes or diabetes.
10. Muscle twitches
May be related to stress, lack of sleep, kidney problems, or neurological conditions.
11. Snoring
Chronic snoring can sometimes be a sign of obstructive sleep apnea.
