đź’” 32-year-old Erin Piacenti, a Bank of America vice president and new mother, was tragically stabbed to death in Times Square.
The attack happened on August 31 when a woman allegedly armed with two kitchen knives attacked two random people. Another victim survived, but Erin died from her injuries.
According to her family, Erin had just returned to work after maternity leave. She and her husband, Frank, had recently celebrated their second wedding anniversary and were building a life with their 5-month-old daughter, Madison.
Her family described Erin as a loving wife, daughter, sister, friend and devoted mother whose life was defined by the joy she brought to others—not by the way it ended.
The suspect was fatally shot by police.
