💔 Stevie Nicks is mourning the loss of her younger brother, Christopher Aaron Nicks.
Christopher, Stevie’s only sibling, died on September 4 at age 72 after privately battling cancer for about two and a half years. He passed away surrounded by family.
His daughter, Nixi Parkinson Nicks, shared the heartbreaking news, saying her father kept his illness private because he didn’t want others worrying about him.
Fleetwood Mac co-founder Mick Fleetwood also paid tribute, remembering Christopher’s “zest for life” and the many memories they shared.
Stevie Nicks has not publicly commented on her brother’s death.
Christopher may have lived outside the spotlight, but he remained an important part of Stevie’s family and life.
