Popular Actress Dies at 89

💔 Patty Maloney, the beloved actress remembered for her roles in Little House on the Prairie and the Star Wars Holiday Special, has died at 89.

Born in 1936, Maloney began performing on Broadway at just three years old and later worked in television, film, theater, and circus shows.

She became widely known as Honk on Far Out Space Nuts and as Lumpy, Chewbacca’s son, in the 1978 Star Wars Holiday Special. She also appeared in Charlie’s Angels, The Love Boat, Buck Rogers in the 25th Century, and Little House on the Prairie.

Her film credits included The Lord of the Rings, Under the Rainbow, The Ice Pirates, and Ernest Saves Christmas.

Maloney died on March 31 while receiving hospice care in Florida after suffering several strokes in recent years.

She leaves behind a memorable legacy in television and film. 🕊️💔
