Jennifer Eckhart, a former Fox Business associate producer and podcast host, has died at 36.
Eckhart became widely known after accusing former Fox News anchor Ed Henry of sexual assault. Henry denied the allegations and said their relationship was consensual.
Eckhart was found dead at her home in Hobe Sound, Florida. Authorities confirmed her death, and law enforcement sources reported that it was ruled a suicide. Officials have not released additional details.

Eckhart built a career in television, journalism and digital media. She worked as an associate producer at Fox Business before becoming a podcast host.
She later hosted “REINVENTED,” a podcast about people who faced major challenges and rebuilt their lives and careers.
Her own life became the subject of major public attention after her legal battle with Ed Henry.
In 2020, Eckhart accused Henry of sexual assault while they were working at Fox. She later filed a lawsuit against Henry and Fox News.
Fox News fired Henry in July 2020 after receiving Eckhart’s complaint and conducting an internal investigation.
Henry denied the allegations.
Eckhart’s claims against Fox News were later dismissed, and a federal appeals court upheld that decision in 2025.
Her case against Henry continued for several years before the two sides reached a settlement in 2024.
