Jamie and Nikki’s Modern Love Story Turned Tragedy
When blue-eyed Jamie Perkins married South Sudanese-Australian model Nikki Thot, their interracial love story felt like a modern fairy tale. They met in 2009 on MySpace, married a year later, and had two daughters—Ava in 2016 and Zoe in 2018. Together, they built a huge online following through their YouTube channel, sharing family moments and going viral with Jamie’s romantic proposal video.
Despite their online fame, Nikki and Jamie kept much of their life private.
