Hailey goes on vacation to escape her stressful life. At a grocery store, she encounters a man who looks exactly like her late husband, George. Shocked, Hailey approaches him, and he admits he can explain everything but only if she follows him. With his mother, Martha, present, they leave the store, and George eventually reveals that after faking his death in a plane crash, he started a new life under a false identity.
Hailey recalls how their marriage fell apart after discovering George’s affair. She filed for divorce, but the next day, George vanished, taking her money.
