After facing backlash, Heidi Klum is defending her choice to go topless around her kids, saying she has no regrets and is teaching them body confidence and self-acceptance. “My kids have never known me any other way,” the 52-year-old told People.
A mother of four—including daughter Leni, 21—Klum has also faced criticism for lingerie campaigns she’s done with Leni. Their 2022 Intimissimi ad drew fire for being “oversexualized,” but Klum stands by it. “I’m proud of my daughter,” she said. “She’s comfortable in her skin, and I love that we have this beautiful relationship.”
Leni called the shoot “an amazing day” and praised her mom as “an inspiration.”
Klum added that growing up in a European household made openness around nudity normal for her kids. “They’re probably more easygoing with their bodies because of it.”
Her son Henry, 19, recently joined the modeling world too, impressing not just with his looks, but his character. “People say he’s kind and respectful,” Klum shared. “That makes me feel good.”
