Justin Timberlake just wrapped his Forget Tomorrow World Tour, which began in April 2024. While fans accused him on social media of looking tired and not singing, Timberlake was quietly battling a serious health issue.
He recently revealed he was diagnosed with Lyme disease — a condition that caused nerve pain, fatigue, and sickness during performances. At one point, he even considered quitting the tour.
Now that it’s over, Timberlake shared his gratitude: “This has been the most fun, emotional, gratifying, physically demanding, and, at times, grueling experience… I could not have done it without my family, friends, The TN Kids, and your support.”
He explained his choice to keep performing despite the illness: “The joy performing brings me far outweighs the stress my body was feeling. I’m so glad I kept going.”
Opening up now, he says, is about transparency: “I’m trying to be more open about my struggles so they aren’t misinterpreted.”
