Charlie Kirk Assassinated After Wife’s Haunting Post
Just hours before Charlie Kirk was fatally shot during a university event in Utah, his wife Erika shared a chilling Bible verse: “God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.”
Kirk, 31, a conservative activist and co-founder of Turning Point USA, was shot while speaking at Utah Valley University. The attack, caught on video, left him critically wounded. He died shortly after being rushed to the hospital.
President Trump blamed “radical left” rhetoric for the killing and promised justice. No arrests have been made, though the FBI continues to investigate.
Kirk leaves behind Erika and their two young children. The couple had celebrated their fourth anniversary in May.
Erika, a former Miss Arizona and faith-based entrepreneur, is known for her nonprofit work and Bible ministry. In recent weeks, the couple appeared on Fox & Friends, where their daughter ran into Kirk’s arms on live TV—a moment that now feels deeply poignant.
