American President Donald Trump slammed Democratic representative Ilham Omar on Thursday, linking her to her native country amid reports of fraud cases in Minnesota.
The news comes just days after he slammed her for her insensitive comments about Charlie Kirk, as demands for her to be deported reach a peak.
Trump shared a post on Truth Social that was filled with rants about how Omar might know those linked to the fraud, as they might be from her wonderfully managed country of Somalia.
This has to do with eight people being charged in a fraud scheme in Minnesota that resulted in more than $8.4 million being stolen in billings.
The defendants are accused of orchestrating a huge wire fraud scheme that targeted the state’s Housing Stabilization Services program, which is a Medicaid-funded initiative designed to assist people in vulnerable situations so that they can secure and maintain stable housing.
Trump followed that up with a second post on Truth Social where he demanded that she be removed from Congress, with many criticizing Omar’s record and Somalia’s conditions.
‘Ilham Omar’s nation of Somalia is plagued by a lack of central Government control, persistent Poverty, Hunger, Resurgent Terrorism, Piracy, decades of Civil War, Corruption, and pervasive Violence,’- he added.
He also shared how Somalia was up there as one of the most corrupt nations of the world, where bribery was common, and it’s amazing how Omar is the one telling us how to run America!’- the president lashed out.
