A man from Mexico who goes by the name Carlos Said Arellano is seeking justice for what he claims was a secret breast enlargement procedure that cost his 14-year-old daughter, Palloma Nicole Arellano, her life.
It was not until her funeral that her own dad learned that his daughter had undergone this procedure. Until then, he was under the impression that her passing was mostly due to a COVID-related cardiac event.
Carlos has since dubbed the document certifying Paloma’s passing a major cover-up and blamed her surgeon, a man who is said to have been instrumental in his own mother’s demise.
The surgeon, Victor Manuel Rosales Galindo, is in a relationship with Paloma’s mother, whom Carlos had also implicated in this crime. As per the Mexican outlet, Paloma underwent the procedure on September 12 without her dad’s consent. Leading up to the procedure, the child’s mom informed Carlos that she would be taking her daughter out of town as she had contracted COVID at school.
A few days after that, however, Carlos learned that his daughter was hospitalized. ‘I thought she had gotten COVID-19 during her trip to the mountains’- another outlet mentioned.
They reported the dad saying: ‘Carlos recalled one of his and Paloma’s last internations when he visited her in the hospital on September 19.
