President Donald Trump has said that former US President Barack Obama has won the Nobel Peace Prize for doing absolutely nothing but destroying our nation.
The news comes a day after Trump lost his bid to win this year’s prestigious award. During a recent press conference, Trump shared how Obama destroyed the American nation and got an award for that, so he hoped to be appreciated for his efforts, including the end of eight wars in nine months.
Obama received the prestigious award 16 years back, eight months into his first term, in a decision that shocked the world as the New York Times mentioned it was a very premature call, arguing more about how the Nobel should have a higher bar.
Trump spoke to reporters in the Oval Office on Thursday. He mentioned the following thoughts while discussing his intentions of traveling to Europe for the signing of the deal in the next few days.
I have stopped eight wars, so that has never happened before, but they will do what they need to do. He even mentioned that it’s fine if he does not win, as he did not do all this for that. ‘I did this because I saved so many lives,’- he shared.
