Trump and Zelenskyy’s White House Meeting Ends in Shouting Match
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with Donald Trump at the White House last week to discuss the ongoing Russian invasion. However, the meeting reportedly devolved into a heated argument.
According to the Financial Times, Trump shouted and cursed throughout, rejecting Zelenskyy’s request for Tomahawk missiles and pushing for a deal to end the war. Trump allegedly demanded Zelenskyy concede the Donbas region, warning, “If Putin wants it, he will destroy you.”
At one point, Trump reportedly threw a map on the table, saying, “This red line, I don’t even know where this is. I’ve never been there,” expressing frustration over the conflict’s complexity.
Later, Trump posted on social media: “Enough blood has been shed… Let both claim Victory, let History decide!”
