A transgender traveler is breaking her silence after she was left in tears when a TSA agent allegedly punched her in the private region during a security check at JFK airport.
The woman, who is yet to be identified, shared her fury through a series of social media posts, which were soon deleted. Screenshots of the post were later shared with Daily Mail, and that’s where she spoke about acting in an aggressive manner after finding out that she was trans.
As per her record, a TSA agent at the John F. Kennedy Airport ended up punching her in the genital region and even went on to yell at her for having a penis. She shared how humiliated she felt in front of a large crowd that was staring at her.
When she told them to please stop, the situation ended up getting even worse, as per her account. Soon after that, she was mortified to learn that the TSA agent ended up following her to the bathroom, which was the one designated for females. She overheard the officer asking her colleague what to do with her next. That left her mortified.
The woman shared in another follow-up post how her private parts hurt so badly after the incident, and she demanded an investigation as to why she was dealt with in this brutal manner. She hopes more people can be open to acquiring knowledge about trans individuals.
