Sean Diddy Combs is working hard to try and get out of jail before the new year.
The disgraced rapper filed a new appeal on Tuesday, where he demanded his conviction be overturned and that he get released from jail as per new documents attained by local media outlets.

In this appeal, Combs can be seen accusing Judge Arun Subramanian of acting like a thirteenth juror in the Revolt co-founder’s infamous sex trafficking trial.
His attorneys claim in those documents that the judge’s draconian was mostly based on the racketeering and sex trafficking charges Combs was acquitted of.

The rapper’s legal team says that they strongly believe that the majority of the government’s evidence from the trial would have been irrelevant and inadmissible if the rapper had been only charged with the two Mann Act counts.
