Shocking reports have confirmed that Tyler Perry has now been hit by another major $77 million lawsuit related to assault allegations from another actor.

Mario Rodriguez, who starred in Perry’s movies, mentioned how they’re now filing a legal case against the billionaire and Lionsgate Films in California on Thursday

The case accused Perry of assaulting him over a period of years. As per the latest court documents, Rodriguez stated how Perry made a sexual advance towards him in 2018 when he tightly hugged him and touched his private parts.

The actor added how the incident allegedly arose after Perry invited him to dinner at Mastro’s Steakhouse in Beverly Hills in California. This was to discuss a role for an upcoming series.

More shocking details revealed how the duo went to Perry’s home as well where he mentioned the writer told him to ‘hold on’ as he made attempts to unbuckle his pants. The court documents also claimed that Perry reached into the actor’s underwear and touched his genitals.

‘Mr. Perry was making bizarre sexual moaning noises and claiming Stay here, stay here’ while he pressed his body against the actor’s and kept on grabbing his private parts, the documents alleged.
