A mother and her two young kids who perished in a home fire that ravaged their residence during the early hours of Boxing Day were recently pictured for the first time.
Fionnghuala Shearman, better known as Nu, seven-year-old Eve, and four-year-old Ohner died, despite the kid’s father’s desperate attempts to save them.

Emergency crews rushed to a property in Gloucestershire at about 3 am. Gloucestershire Police revealed how the dad, who survived the inferno, was a serving officer with the force.
Named locally as Tom, he did everything to save his loved ones but was forced back. Detective Superintendent Ian Fletcher briefed reporters outside the headquarters of the police station, explaining how the pair had been woken up by a giant blaze and had tried to reach the kids in the back bedroom.

They have been unable to get back bedroom due to the voracity of the blaze, one shared. Another mentioned how the dad smashed his way out of the home through a bathroom window in order to try and access the kid’s bedroom from the outside.
He has been unable to enter the property through that bedroom window, the post read. He then tried to re-enter the property through the bathroom window, but again failed. By that time, the emergency responders had arrived, but sadly, the mother and children couldn’t be saved.
