A 28-year-old single mom from Oklahoma named Kaylin Gawf has passed away after a brave fight against terminal metastatic breast cancer.
Sources shared how she was diagnosed several years back with an aggressive form of the disease that spread to different parts of her body incuding her brain, lungs, bones, and lymph nodes.
Other reports spoke about she reached a point where doctors could no longer offer her more curative treatment and placed her in hospice care.
When told she only had a few weeks to live, her focus swiftly turned to protecting her two young kids and easing the burden on her loved ones.
This is the reason why she launched her own GoFundMe campaign at the start of this month to raise more funds for her own funeral. She also wished to use some of the money to provide more stability for her daughter’s future. Loved ones shared how she understood that her death would give rise to emotional and financial strain, and she didn’t wish to be a burden on anyone.
