Bill Gates has denied allegations resurfacing from newly released Epstein-related documents, including claims that he contracted STDs from “Russian girls.”
The accusations stem from a 2013 email written by Jeffrey Epstein, allegedly to himself, which Gates says was never sent and is completely false. Speaking to 9News, Gates called his association with Epstein a “huge mistake” and said he regrets ever spending time with him.
Gates stated he met Epstein in 2011, had a few dinners focused on potential philanthropy, and insisted he never visited Epstein’s island or had sexual relationships connected to him.
Melinda French Gates also addressed the situation, saying unresolved questions belong to those involved, not her. She described the impact of Epstein’s crimes as heartbreaking and noted the issue brings back painful memories from her marriage.
Bill and Melinda Gates were married for 27 years and divorced in 2021.
