Hollywood star Whoopi Goldberg has denied rumors that she once dated convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
On The View, Goldberg addressed her name appearing in newly released court documents. She explained the reference was from a 2013 email about arranging a private jet to a charity event in Monaco, possibly through Epstein or a contact.
Goldberg firmly stated she was never his girlfriend or friend and never flew on his plane. She said the documents were misinterpreted online and stressed that appearing in the files does not imply wrongdoing. She also denied past rumors that she visited Epstein’s private island.
