‘Grand Cayman: Secrets In Paradise’ Star Passed Away At 34

Cass Lacelle, who appeared on the Freeform reality series Grand Cayman: Secrets in Paradise, has died at 34, less than a year after being diagnosed with ovarian cancer.

Her loved ones shared the news on Instagram on February 16, saying she passed away after a short but courageous battle. They described her as unforgettable and someone who made a powerful impact in her 34 years.

Lacelle revealed in May 2025 that she had a rare form of ovarian cancer and underwent emergency surgery followed by chemotherapy. In her final Instagram post on January 4, she shared that the cancer had returned and spread to her liver and abdomen. She had been hospitalized and battling severe pain but thanked supporters for their love and encouragement during her fight.
