Man cut in half by forklift finally answers the question everyone keeps asking

Posted on February 24, 2026 By admin

In 2019, Loren Schauers of Great Falls, Montana, suffered catastrophic injuries after plunging off a bridge while operating a forklift. Doctors were forced to amputate the lower half of his body and one arm to save his life. Faced with a choice between life and death, Loren chose surgery without hesitation.

Years later, Loren and his wife, Sabia, share their lives on YouTube, where they answer many questions about his condition. They firmly refuse to discuss their intimacy, calling such questions disrespectful. However, they openly explain that Loren uses a colostomy and nephrostomy tubes to manage basic bodily functions.

The couple married in 2021, and Sabia helps with his daily care. Loren has publicly expressed deep gratitude for her unwavering support, calling himself blessed to have “an amazing wife” who stood by him through everything.
