Popular Baby Sleepsuit Sold At Major Retailers Recalled Due To Choking Risk

Posted on March 8, 2026 By admin

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has issued a recall of about 45,000 HALO Magic Sleepsuits sold on Amazon, Walmart, and Target due to a potential choking hazard. The zipper head can detach, and the company has received 15 reports of this issue, though no injuries have been reported.

The recalled sleepsuits have batch codes PO30592, PO30641, and PO30685, are made of 100% cotton with polyester fill, feature double front zippers, and are labeled “HALO Magic Sleepsuit” with “Made in India.”

They were sold online from September 2025 to February 2026 for about $50. Consumers are urged to stop using them immediately and can contact the company for a replacement or $50 store credit.
