Cream Cheese Recalled Nationwide Over Potentially Deadly Health Risk, FDA Warns!

Posted on March 17, 2026 By admin

Made Fresh Salads is recalling multiple 5-pound cream cheese tubs due to possible Listeria contamination, which can cause severe illness or death, especially in children, the elderly, pregnant women, and immunocompromised individuals. Symptoms include fever, headache, nausea, stiffness, and diarrhea; pregnant women risk miscarriage or stillbirth.

Affected flavors include Apple Cinnamon, Caramel Apple, Blueberry, Garlic & Herb, Jalapeno, Jalapeno Cheddar, Lox, Scallion, Strawberry, Sundried Tomato, Vegetable, Walnut Raisin, Whipped, and Tofu Whipped.

These products were distributed in Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, and greater NYC. The recall is due to a contaminated mixer, with no illnesses reported so far.

Consumers should return the products for a refund or contact Made Fresh Salads at 1-718-765-0082. The FDA has classified this as a Level I recall, the most severe.
